To make it easier for people to get to your show in iTunes, have them use one of these two links:
http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=309426367
That will take them to your page in the iTunes Music Store (no searching needed), or
itpc://www.thecreativepenn.com/feed/podcast/
That will automatically subscribe them to your show in their iTunes application.
