How does the process work?

Once you sign up for a session, payment will be processed through Paypal and you will be emailed a document with how to book a time slot as well as the pre-session questionnaire so I can find out more about you and your specific questions.

I will confirm the time booking and then I will do some research into you and your existing platform. I will prepare a document for you with examples, tips, things to improve and change and personalized recommendations.

At the appointed time, I will call you on Skype or on your land-line (your preference although I love to video Skype so we can connect in person). I will send you the document and we will go through it together and discuss everything, including any questions you have.

Once the hour is up, you will have pages of notes as well as the document I prepared and you will have a direction for what you need to do next. I will also send any followup links from the discussion in an email. If you would like the session recorded, you will also receive an mp3 of the session.
