Congratulations on another fine book. I bought it direct last night and while so far I have only skimmed, hopped, and jumped through sections I can say with confidence that this has got to be the last word on how to write and publish well for money.
Yes, the carpers will say the normal silly stuff like, "All the information is available on the internet," or "It's just common sense." But the value (which you do not ask enough money for) lies in the organisation, the prose clarity, and the well thought out structure one needs to set up a proper writing life.
