Agenda for the day

9am – 9.30 – Arrive, registration and coffee for prompt start at 9.30am

9.30 – 11am – Prerequisites of self-publishing, everything you need to ensure your book can be a success. Includes mindset issues as well as practicalities like keywords & genre research, back blurb, cover design, and the current state of the market for indies.

11 – 11.30 – Coffee break

11.30 – 1pm – How to successfully self-publish an ebook, print book and audiobook and how to avoid the scams

1 – 2pm – Lunch. The venue is central so you can go buy lunch somewhere close or bring your own and sit in the park 🙂

2 – 3.30pm – Book marketing intensive. How to market fiction and non-fiction. What actually sells books and what is a myth in terms of marketing.

3.30 – 4pm – Coffee break

4 – 5pm – Taking it further. Making money from your writing, plus Q&A
