For example, for someone to answer your ad hoc email and record that time, it might be US$20-30 per hour, but if they are editing your video and posting it online I would expect to pay more, maybe US$40-$50 per hour. Another idea is to get a quote for a whole project/piece of work e.g. take my blog posts, turn them into articles and post online.
